The following link has another method that may work. This is because Outlook on the web doesnt have the ability to insert images into signatures, but the solution is simple: Open the image in Paint or your. It would also be a good idea to add a simple link above the image opting to View in Browser and then link to the file on a server if possible. So I guess the problem may occur when creating the email directly from Outlook. To resize your image, right-click the image, then choose Picture. Select the Image icon, locate your image file, and select Insert. In the Select signature to edit box, choose the signature you want to add a logo or image to. Once the in-app signature editor opens, click on the New button to create a new signature. I then tried sending the same email programmatically with ASP.Net in C# and it also worked in Outlook. In the formatting menu above the signature click on the icon of a photo of mountains with a small computer in front of it, this is the Insert Picture button. Open a new message and then select Signature > Signatures. With Outlook open, navigate to File, and click on the Options menu. Then, click on Mail, and then on the Signatures section. The same markup when sent through the third party system did appear fine in Outlook and the image map links worked. I use a third party to send emails from but by using IE it gives a quick preview of how it will appear in Outlook. I noticed if I created the email and then viewed with Internet explorer and clicked File->Send->Page by email then the links did not work in the resulting Outlook email. Open the Signature editor and create a new signature (or select an existing signature) Click on the Picture button Type or paste the URL to the image in the Filename field. I am a bit late to the party, but came across this today as I had the same requirement (email with one image and image map for links) and thought I'd share what worked for me for any future onlookers. Then I created a table in which I put my images and then the links. I first cut out the places where my image should be clickable thanks to the guides in Gimp. Since Outlook does not always allow using the image map in 2021 my solution was very simple. I had to do exactly this this morning for the company I work for.
